He founded Table Fox to help restaurants maximise covers, reduce costs, and intelligently plan staffing by learning and adapting to real trading patterns.
From starting as a waiter to becoming a general manager, Daniel now works in operations. His experience across service and leadership gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to run a successful venue.
